MICHELLE COOPER KELLY
Michelle Cooper Kelly was elected to serve on the Marietta City Council in 2013 to serve the great citizens of Ward 6. As a compassionate leader and committed public servant, Michelle’s passion has always been to “Pay it forward through servant leadership and make a difference in her community”. An active member in the community, Michelle Cooper Kelly is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated – Marietta-Roswell Alumnae Chapter, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Northwest Georgia Chapter, and the Kiwanis Club of Marietta.

Active in politics, community and education since graduating college; Michelle is a leadership professional in both the private and government sectors.
Professionally, Michelle Kelly has over 25 years of senior-level experience managing regulatory compliance. Michelle has had a successful career at several Fortune 100 Beverage Companies including Coca-Cola, Gatorade, and Anheuser-Busch, InBev. Michelle received her Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Occupational Safety & Health and Environmental Management from North Carolina A&T State University and Columbia Southern University.
